When will I receive my items?
Item Processing Time
In-stock items will be sent out within 24-72 hours. Non-stock items will be sent out according to different processing time. You can check it from product page. The time we are talking about is a working day and may be delayed if we encounter holidays.
When will I receive my items after I place an order?
There are three key factors that will decide when you will receive your items.

2) Items in stock will be shipped out in 24-72 hours. Normally non-custom items need processing time, and you can check it from the product page.
3) Some unavoidable reasons: We will ship out the item according to your requests, but we can not assure you exactly how many days you can receive this item. There are many factors that may cause the delay of your item, e.g. holiday season, bad weather conditions, strikes as well as war, etc.
Separate packages
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Weight limits per package. In order to provide Free Worldwide Shipping, we do have to think of the most innovative ways (such as the split an order into more than 1 package) to ensure that you receive your order as early as possible, while at the same time keeping our shipping costs to a reasonable limit.
- An item may be slightly back-ordered and shipped a little later than the rest of the items in an order.
- Because we are serviced by two different warehouses, an order with multiple items may be shipped from the two different warehouses due to varying stock inventory between the warehouses.
Canceling an order
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 12 hours as your order might have already been processed and shipped out.
Please drop us an email at support@e11evenfashion.com as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that has just been placed (within the 10 hours as stated above).
Unclaimed orders
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or 25USD redelivery fee to cover postage costs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- E11even Fashion must first be informed of any returns or exchanges via email or phone before shipping out your item.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days after the order's delivery.
- Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the invoice and original packaging.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned.
EXCHANGES AND PROCESSING
- Exchanges will be processed within 1-3 business days after we've received the exchanged item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
COUPON CODES
- Discount codes must be applied at a time of checkout. You must press "Apply" to see the order total updated.
- We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
- Only one code can be used on a purchase.
- Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
